On November 7, 2025, JCI Manila’s Community Development Directorate held its year-end thanksgiving event, “Impact Reignited: A Night of Thanks & Giving”, at Valle Verde Country Club. Project Chairman Dave Mariano opened the program, welcoming 47 guests representing partner institutions, sponsors, and beneficiaries who supported COMDEV 2025. DE for Community Development David Ramos and President-Elect Edison Ke reinforced JCI Manila’s continued commitment to transformative community development, as the night culminated with VP for Community Affairs Dizon Kwok and SG JM Santos expressing gratitude to all sponsors and partners, such as; the Megawide Construction Corporation; Healthnet Surgery Center; Waves for Water; Mama Lou’s Italian Kitchen; Partner Trainers for Techmoms; Stairway Foundation; My Children’s House of Hope; Work Scale Resources; Miss Universe Philippines; PUP College of Education; CP Cares PH; Hospicio De San Jose; and ABS-CBN Foundation. A heartfelt testimonial was shared from the DALTA Jonelta Foundation Inc., represented by Ms. Gigi F. Ramos, Administrative Head for Support Services, on behalf of Dr. Ma. Consuelo C. Reyes, Executive Director; Chairman of the Board, DR./BGEN Antonio L. Tamayo; Assistant Treasurer of the Board, Dr. Daisy M. Tamayo; Secretary of the Board, Dr. Anthony Jose M. Indeed, it was anight that celebrated partnerships, purpose, and impact – the first of its kind in JCI Manila’s Community Development history. The DALTA Jonelta Foundation Inc. (DJFI) shall continue to fulfill its mission and remain inconstant gratitude to JCI Manila for partnering with DJFI in helping those who are most in need.
Halloween: No Tricks just Treats

The DALTA Jonelta Foundation Inc. (DJFI), in collaboration with the Perpetual Help Medical Center Las Piñas (PHMC-LP), has organized the annual Halloween celebration entitled, “Halloween: No Tricks, Just Treats”, in favor of the young members of our community. This event is part of the DJFI’s commitment to fostering a joyful and nurturing atmosphere for the children of our community and providing them a safe, secure, and fun-filled venue where kids can enjoy the classic Halloween tradition. Children of the bona fide members of the DJFI were invited to join the event wearing their most creative, spooky, or imaginative costumes! Lo, it was an exciting, vibrant, and fun-filled day with the following activities: The DALTA Jonelta Foundation Inc. and Perpetual Help Medical Center Las Piñas gave the children a warmth welcome, a fun-filled and safe Halloween afternoon! It was a lovely spectacle to see these little ones proud of their costumes and running around with a smile on their faces, for having a spooktacular morning! Winners were announced, and the floor was filled with deafening applauses; 1) under the girls’ category- the award went to little lady Divine Rose Bag-O, the daughter of our amazing member and housekeeping staff, for her spectacular ‘Lady Bat costume’; 2) under the boys’ category – the award went to cute Ernest Jabril Edwardo amazing member and integrative staff for his ‘Prince of Fire’ costume; and 3) under the Best Booth contest- the award went to booth number 1, a magnificent display of talents and collaborative efforts by the Jonelta Ward/OPD, Ms. Vrooxel L. Estiva, Quality Management Systems, Dr. Nelia Frances Llanto, Sales & Marketing Head, Ms. Rosalie C. Operana and the Hospital Directors Office, Dr. Ma. Cristina M. Consing. Congratulations to all the winners and to all the participants! A special acknowledgement to our dearest and ever supportive Executive Director/MAEO of the DJFI Dr. Consuelo Reyes, and to Dr. Ma. Pasko ng Malasakit: Christmas Tree Décor & Parol Drive Project

“Celebrate the season of giving this Christmas with DALTA JONELTA Foundation Inc. through its “Pasko ng Malasakit” campaign!” In line with this heartwarming theme, the DJFI has launched a Christmas Tree Décor & Parol Drive Project, which runs from October 15 to December 15, 2025, a fund-raising initiative which aims to sell Christmas ornaments from the DJFI Office and hung them on the Christmas Tree of Compassion, a grand symbol of unity and the promotion of DJFI’s community advocacy programs. Every purchase of an ornament from this initiative, “Pasko ng Malasakit,”, the purchaser is not only paying for the equivalent value of the decorative piece but rather he/she is also helping out the real beneficiaries of this program – the poor. In line with its vision to effect positive and lasting change, as the Corporate Social Responsibility of the institution of the DALTA Group of Companies, the DJFI is deeply committed to empowering and enriching the lives of the most vulnerable sectors in our society, through Health, Education, Livelihood, Psycho-Social Support, Environment and Emergency Preparedness, Risk Reduction, and Sports projects. The “Pasko ng Malasakit” is a reflection of our Perpetualite identity as ‘Helpers of God’- characterized by compassion and love for others – in celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Kasalan sa Jonelta: Celebrating Love and Marital Union

The “Kasalan sa Jonelta” is an annual civil mass wedding organized by the DALTA Jonelta Foundation Inc. (DJFI) and the University of Perpetual Help Medical Center (UPHMC) in Las Piñas. This meaningful tradition aims to help couples who have lived together without a formal marriage secure their legal marital status—granting them the rights and privileges afforded to married couples under Philippine law, including property ownership, inheritance, and access to government benefits. As one of DJFI’s flagship advocacies, the event highlights the importance of marital union, family stability, and community solidarity. It extends free access to a solemn and dignified wedding ceremony for bona fide members of the foundation, allowing them to celebrate their love within a supportive and faith-centered community. This year’s beneficiaries were Mr. & Mrs. John Arbee Balderama and Mr. & Mrs. Romano Morales Taruc, who exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony officiated by Rev. Marvin Lachica. Surrounded by family, friends, and witnesses, the couples were united not only in love but also in faith and commitment. Livening up the celebration, Mr. & Mrs. Bennyl U. Ramos, Head of the Community Extension Services of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA–Molino Campus, delivered a jaw-dropping inspirational message emphasizing the penultimate foundation of a long and lasting marriage—rooted in “Panalangin, Pagpili, Pagtanggap, Pananagutan, Pangako o Panunumpa, Pagsunod, Pagdiriwang, Pag-alala, Pag-uusap, at Pakikisama.” These, he shared, are the essential ingredients or building blocks to building a love that endures through time. True to its mission as ‘Helpers of God’, the “Kasalan sa Jonelta” reflects the DJFI’s continuous desire “to empower communities, and uplifting the quality of life of its members, through strategic and sustainable corporate social responsibility with social impact”, anchored on compassion, service excellence, and perpetuating the Tamayo Legacy.
Haplos sa Kalusugan: Medical Mission and Gift-Giving

The DALTA Jonelta Foundation Inc. (DJFI), in partnership with the DALTA Group of Companies, has successfully executed its flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative entitled, “Haplos sa Kalusugan: Medical Mission and Gift-giving, held on October 17, 2025, in University of Perpetual Help Mindoro Mission School, Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro, as a thanksgiving birthday celebration of Dr./BGen. Antonio L. Tamayo, AFP, PFCHA, PhD. This Medical Mission is a true embodiment of being ‘Helpers of God’ – always ready and willing to serve the community and the Indigenous People located in Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro – a grand gesture of gratitude in honor of the 80th Birthday of the Founder/ Chairman of the DALTA Group of Companies together with his Co-Founder/CFO Dr. Daisy Moran Tamayo, and joined by their vibrant and dynamic UPHSD President Jose Anthony Tamayo, and the UPHMC President Richard Antonio Tamayo, a genuine and true reflection of leadership and service. A Day of Lifesaving Care and Generosity The venue of the Medical Mission and Gift-giving is within the premises of the Perpetual Help Mindoro Mission School, the place where the children of the Indigenous People, the ‘Mangyans’ are given access to free primary education. The Medical Mission was spearheaded by the DALTA Jonelta Foundation Executive Director Dr. Consuelo Reyes, along with the volunteers from Perpetual Medical Hospital, namely; Dr. Joshua M. Devantes (Family Medicine); Dr. Gayle Ivon B. Bonzo-Oraa (Palliative); Dr. Anne Pauline Baes (OB-Gyne); Dr. Marc Jim C. Cellar (Pediatrics); Dr. Dominique Anne C. Battaler (Family Medicine); Dr. Ritzian Clark O. Chua (Family Medicine); Dr. Tiffany Anne A. De Luna (Family Medicine); Dr. Ramon Kristian C. Japor (Family Medicine); Dr. Mary Megumi A. Hamor (Internal Medicine); Dr. Patricia Anjela P. Pascual (Internal Medicine); Dr. Erika Leah M. Manay (Internal Medicine); Dr. Mc Ybrahim Manay (Internal Medicine); Dr. Franz Josef Biboso (Pedia) (reservist); , and volunteers from DALTA Group of Companies, namely; Dr. Dasig (Head of CES, UPHSD-Las Pinas Campus), Mr. Bennyl U. Ramos (Head of CES, UPHSD-Molino Campus), Medical consultation, such as physical check-ups, basic health assessments, and medicine and vitamins distribution were conducted and about 530 beneficiaries, consisting of infants, mothers, youth and elderly, were accommodated during the gift-giving and feeding activities.

Bringing Healthcare to the Community: DJFI Joins Medical Civic Action Program

The DALTA JONELTA Foundation, Inc., in partnership with the 1st AFP ARMC Perpetual Help Medical Center – Las Piñas, participated in the Medical Civic Action Program (MedCAP) organized by AFRESCOM at Brgy. Loyola Heights, Quezon City. This collaboration enabled the foundation to provide essential healthcare services to the local community. Over 300 beneficiaries received free medical consultations, health screenings, and medicines, addressing immediate health needs and promoting overall well-being. The event showcased the power of partnership, as the foundation, together with dedicated medical professionals and volunteers, worked together to make a significant impact. The foundation is grateful for the support of its partners and the local community, as these efforts align with its mission to bring healthcare closer to those in need. Looking ahead, the Dalta Jonelta Foundation is committed to expanding its programs and continuing its work in improving the health and lives of underserved communities. The foundation expresses its thanks to everyone involved for their dedication and support in making this initiative a success.
No Tricks, Just Treats: DJFI’s Annual Trick or Treat

The Dalta Jonelta Foundation, in cooperation with Perpetual Help Medical Center – Las Piñas, hosted its highly anticipated annual Trick or Treat event. This year’s theme, “No Tricks, Just Treats,” brought an exciting and festive atmosphere to the celebration. Participants, both young and old, dressed in fun, colorful, whimsical, or superhero costumes, adding to the festive mood. The participants visited various booths set up along Unilane, where they were greeted with sweet treats and engaging activities. They then proceeded to the Office of the President, the Office of the Chairman, and finally to the Lobby of the Administration Building, where they were treated to a captivating magic show. The event proved to be a resounding success, uniting employees, families, and the community in a day filled with laughter, creativity, and joy. The Dalta Jonelta Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to Perpetual Help Medical Center – Las Piñas for their enthusiastic support, which made the Trick or Treat activity a memorable experience for everyone involved.
Reaching Health Beyond Distance: Mindoro Medical Mission

The Dalta Group of Companies, led by the Dalta Jonelta Foundation, Inc., in partnership with Perpetual Help Medical Center – Las Piñas and other business units, successfully facilitated a medical mission and gift-giving activity during the inaugural blessing of the Perpetual Mission School in Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro. This initiative brought essential healthcare services to underserved communities, reflecting the foundation’s commitment to reaching those in need, regardless of distance. The mission, which coincided with the forthcoming birthday of Chairman and CEO Dr. B/Gen. Antonio L. Tamayo, was a testament to the DALTA Group’s dedication to health equity. The medical mission was organized with the leadership of Dr. Sol Reyes and Vroox Estiva, alongside the support of Dr. Joven Sepino, Dr. Josephine Pineda Dasig, and a dedicated team of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and volunteers. During the mission, the medical team provided consultations and treatments to 600 individuals, addressing a wide range of health needs. Additionally, 350 gift packs were distributed to identified families in the area, providing much-needed support to the local community. The event demonstrated the collective effort of the DALTA Group’s employees and partners, all united in making a meaningful impact. The Dalta Jonelta Foundation, in collaboration with its health partners, continues to strive for a future where healthcare is accessible to all. This mission exemplifies the organization’s ongoing dedication to promoting health equity and improving the lives of underserved communities across the country.
