The DALTA Jonelta Foundation Inc. (DJFI), in collaboration with the Perpetual Help Medical Center Las Piñas (PHMC-LP), has organized the annual Halloween celebration entitled, “Halloween: No Tricks, Just Treats”, in favor of the young members of our community.
This event is part of the DJFI’s commitment to fostering a joyful and nurturing atmosphere for the children of our community and providing them a safe, secure, and fun-filled venue where kids can enjoy the classic Halloween tradition.
Children of the bona fide members of the DJFI were invited to join the event wearing their most creative, spooky, or imaginative costumes! Lo, it was an exciting, vibrant, and fun-filled day with the following activities:
- Trick or Treating – a chaperoned route to ensure each child collects a haul of sweets and surprises;
- Costume Parade – a chance for our little guests to show off their amazing Halloween disguises; and
- Amusing games – a venue for interaction designed to encourage participation, collective fun, and camaraderie among the children.
The DALTA Jonelta Foundation Inc. and Perpetual Help Medical Center Las Piñas gave the children a warmth welcome, a fun-filled and safe Halloween afternoon! It was a lovely spectacle to see these little ones proud of their costumes and running around with a smile on their faces, for having a spooktacular morning!
Winners were announced, and the floor was filled with deafening applauses; 1) under the girls’ category- the award went to little lady Divine Rose Bag-O, the daughter of our amazing member and housekeeping staff, for her spectacular ‘Lady Bat costume’; 2) under the boys’ category – the award went to cute Ernest Jabril Edwardo amazing member and integrative staff for his ‘Prince of Fire’ costume; and 3) under the Best Booth contest- the award went to booth number 1, a magnificent display of talents and collaborative efforts by the Jonelta Ward/OPD, Ms. Vrooxel L. Estiva, Quality Management Systems, Dr. Nelia Frances Llanto, Sales & Marketing Head, Ms. Rosalie C. Operana and the Hospital Directors Office, Dr. Ma. Cristina M. Consing. Congratulations to all the winners and to all the participants!
