On July 21, 2023, the DALTA JONELTA Foundation Inc. (DJFI) hosted Operation Tuli 2023 at the Jonelta Ward which provided free circumcision services to young boys in the community. This annual event aims to make essential healthcare procedures accessible to those who may not have the resources for private medical care.
The event featured skilled medical professionals who performed circumcisions with a focus on safety, comfort, and hygiene. In addition to the procedure, DALTA JONELTA also provided health education to guide parents and guardians on proper aftercare and the importance of maintaining good health practices post-surgery.
