The DALTA JONELTA Foundation Inc. (DFJI) is a non-stock, non-profit organization established as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of the Dalta Group of Companies. Driven by the mission to reach and serve underserved communities, DALTA JONELTA champions sustainable social advocacy that aligns with the values of the company’s founders and stakeholders.
As a foundation, we believe that by integrating the DALTA Group’s diverse expertise and resources, we can deliver impactful and collaborative services to help empower communities. Through our seven core advocacy pillars — Health Care, Education, Livelihood, Psychosocial Support, Environment and Emergency Preparedness, Research, and Sports (HELPERS) — DALTA JONELTA is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for marginalized sectors.
Our approach raises awareness of pressing social issues and opens up meaningful opportunities for collaboration across the DALTA Group, partner organizations, and the communities we serve. Together, we develop holistic and sustainable programs that nurture a culture of support and active participation which aims to build a brighter future for all.
We primarily serve marginalized communities in Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Cavite, and other communities in the National Capital Region and Region IV-A.
We are committed to achieving the highest standards in our work, where there is a foundation of trust and respect within our community.
We value open and ethical communication with our donors, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring accountability in all our efforts.
We work closely with our communities, and empower them to actively participate in creating positive change.
Guided by our battle cry, “malasakit sa kapwa”, we are driven by empathy and the genuine desire to serve.
